Duct Ranger provides residential and commercial services related to roofing systems, gutter systems, roof rejuvenation, dryer vent systems, exterior venting solutions, and related property maintenance services throughout the Gulf Coast region.
-
Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates provided by Duct Ranger are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, concealed conditions, code violations, structural deficiencies, water intrusion, improper prior installations, or unforeseen complications discovered during the course of work may require additional labor, materials, repairs, or revised pricing.
Any additional work outside the original approved scope may require written approval and additional charges.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
-
Scheduling & Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all work areas including:
- Roofs
- Attics
- Crawlspaces

- Electrical access if required
The customer agrees to:
- Secure pets

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If technicians arrive onsite and are unable to access the property, roof, attic, dryer vent system, or approved work area due to customer absence, tenant restrictions, locked areas, or unsafe conditions, Duct Ranger reserves the right to charge a service or trip fee.
-
Roofing Services
Duct Ranger provides roofing inspections, repairs, roof replacements, flashing repairs, storm damage repairs, vent replacements, roof maintenance, roof rejuvenation services, and related roofing work.

- Improper flashing
- Improper prior repairs
- Ventilation deficiencies
- Manufacturer defects
- Mold or mildew
- Water intrusion

The customer understands roofing work is inherently invasive and concealed conditions may not become visible until materials are removed or work begins.
-
Fortified Roofing & Code Compliance
Where applicable, roofing systems may be installed in accordance with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, or FORTIFIED Roofing standards.
The customer understands:
- Final approval is determined by third-party evaluators and governing authorities
- Additional upgrades or repairs may be required to meet compliance standards

Duct Ranger does not guarantee approval by any third-party certification organization, insurance company, or governing authority.
-
Roof Rejuvenation Services

- Storm exposure
- Existing granule loss
- Installation quality
- Ventilation
- Manufacturer defects
- Prior repairs
- Existing deterioration
-
Terms & Conditions – Limited Roof Repair Disclaimer
Duct Ranger does **not** provide a workmanship warranty on limited roof repairs or leak repairs. Roof leaks may originate from multiple areas or conditions that are not visible or identifiable during the limited scope of work being performed. While every reasonable effort will be made to identify and repair the reported leak, Duct Ranger does not guarantee that the repair will permanently eliminate all existing or future leaks.
If additional leaking occurs after completion of the agreed-upon scope of work, such leaking may be the result of unrelated deficiencies or other existing roof conditions outside the repaired area. Duct Ranger shall not be held liable for leaks occurring after completion of the repair that are unrelated to the specific work performed.
The only service for which Duct Ranger provides a workmanship warranty against roof leaks is a complete roof replacement.
By scheduling this repair and authorizing Duct Ranger to perform the work, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and agrees not to hold Duct Ranger liable for any continued or future roof leaks, particularly when leaking existed prior to the repair or originates from areas outside the agreed scope of work. -
Dryer Vent Cleaning & Venting Services
Dryer vent cleaning and venting services may involve:
- Rotary brush systems
- High-powered compressed air
- Reverse nozzle systems
- Vacuum extraction equipment
- Inspection cameras

While every effort is made to improve airflow and remove lint buildup, Duct Ranger cannot guarantee complete lint removal under all conditions.
-

The customer understands gutter systems work directly in conjunction with roofing systems to help protect:
- Roof structures

- Exterior walls and surfaces
-
Property Protection & Construction Risks
Duct Ranger will use reasonable care to protect the customer’s property during service. However, the customer acknowledges roofing, gutter, dryer vent, and roof rejuvenation services involve inherent risks associated with construction and exterior service operations.
-
Weather Delays
Roofing, gutter, dryer vent, and exterior services are weather dependent. Duct Ranger reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reschedule work due to rain, lightning, unsafe winds, extreme temperatures, material shortages, or unsafe jobsite conditions.

Manufacturer warranties remain separate from Duct Ranger warranties and are governed solely by the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, and claims process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duct Ranger’s liability for any claim related to services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
-
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
