Professional Dryer Vent Cleaning and Electrical Cavity Cleanout Fairhope, Alabama

We completed an electrical cavity cleanout and full dryer vent cleaning in Fairhope, Alabama after the homeowner reported poor dryer performance and a burning lint smell during operation.

Upon inspection, we discovered the existing exterior dryer vent cover was severely restricting airflow. The termination point was not designed for proper dryer exhaust, which was creating excessive back pressure and reducing the efficiency of the system.

We replaced the restrictive vent cover with an InOvate DryerWallVent, allowing lint to freely exit the system while improving overall airflow. During the service, we also identified lint accumulation inside the dryer cabinet around the heating element — a significant fire hazard.

A complete cleanout of the dryer vent line and electrical cavity was performed to remove all lint buildup, optimize airflow, and dramatically reduce fire risk. Once the system was fully cleared and properly terminated, the dryer was able to vent efficiently and operate safely.
